Your account & billing

Everything about your membership lives on one page: click your initial at the top right → Manage subscription, or Account in the sidebar.

What you can do there

• See your plan — the plan you’re on, the next payment and its date.
• Change plans — Change plans switches between monthly and annual. You’ll see exactly what you’ll be charged before you confirm.
• Cards and receipts — Manage billing adds or changes cards, sets your default, and links to your invoices and receipts.

Taking a break

On a monthly plan you can pause for one to three months instead of cancelling: you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, nothing is charged while you’re away, and your membership restarts by itself. Resume early any time from the same page.

Cancelling

Cancel subscription sits at the bottom of the page. On a paid plan you keep full access until the period you’ve paid for ends; cancelling a trial ends it straight away and you’re not charged. Your watchlists, layouts and drawings stay saved if you come back.

Emails

Every recurring email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. To turn one back on, write to support.
